At Metropolis, we are focused on building and operating premium products that maximize NOI and simplify parking for your visitors. With that in mind, we’re excited to share the first phase of new features that introduce the seamless Metropolis experience to valet locations. The functionality is available on mobile web and a brand new iOS app for valet operators.

Drive revenue through visit add-ons

Now you can collect additional revenue for oversized vehicles and EV charging. Valet operators can easily configure visit add-ons in the app.


Drivers save time with scheduled vehicle requests

Now drivers can schedule their vehicle requests in advance directly from their phones. Valet operators are notified 30 minutes ahead of scheduled requests and can view all requests for the next 24 hours. This helps locations better optimize staffing and vehicle storage. Note that this is currently only available for drivers with monthly subscriptions.


Modernize with digital damage reports

It can be a real pain for valet operators to sift through paper damage reports to respond to claims. With Metropolis’ digital damage reports, paper damage reports will no longer be needed. Valet operators can now pull up reports with just a few taps.


Faster check-ins and no more paper tickets with digital vehicle intake 

To be consistent with the rest of the ticketless Metropolis experience, we are now transitioning away from disposable paper tickets to digital check-ins for our valet locations. This will lower long-term operational costs. Vehicle and driver information will be pre-populated, speeding up check-in if the vehicle is one of the 7 million already registered on Metropolis.
