Team Season Parking Pass Terms and Conditions
Note
These Team Season Parking Pass Terms and Conditions, as defined below, only govern parking spaces, subscriptions, and parking passes issued for the Tennessee Titans, Carolina Panthers, and Cleveland Guardians season parking passes.
For all other use cases, please refer to Metropolis' consumer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Important notice
Please note that your use of and access to the services (defined below), including any access to Metropolis locations (defined below) are subject to the following terms. If you do not agree to all of the following terms, you may not use or access the services in any manner.
Carolina Panthers Season Parking
Payments will be made payable to Operator (Metropolis) by check, credit card, or cash. A 2.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
Operator is not responsible for theft or damage to individuals or vehicles (including force majeure) in the parking location. No bailment is created.
Parker will not be entitled to any credits or refunds of the seasonal fee due to vacation, absences, or any other non-use of parking within the parking location.
Parker may not assign or transfer this season parking agreement for any reason at any time.
Parker agrees to adhere to any and all regulations (including signage) pertaining to the use of the parking location as may be adopted from time to time.
Parker may not park any vehicle in such a way as to obstruct other vehicles, block traffic lanes or parking spaces, or violate any laws or regulations or promote or advertise a good or service as its principal purpose.
Parker agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Operator from all claims and liabilities (including related expenses or attorney's fees) at the parking location whether to person or property which are caused in part or in whole by actions or inactions of the Parker.
There will be a $75 charge for reproduction of lost permits.
Operator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions above by providing a 30 day written notice to parker.
Permit valid for single parking space only, and allows parker access to parking location no more than three (3) hours prior to event start time and up to one (1) hour after event conclusion.
Tennessee Titans Season Parking
Payments will be made payable to Operator (Metropolis) by check, credit card, or cash. A 2.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
Operator is not responsible for theft or damage to individuals or vehicles (including force majeure) in the Parking Facility. No bailment is created.
Parker will not be entitled to any credits or refunds of the seasonal fee due to vacation, absences, or any other non-use of parking within the Parking Facility. Full season parking permits purchased will not be credited if no playoff games are held at Nissan Stadium.
Parker may not assign or transfer this season parking agreement for any reason at any time.

Payments will be made payable to Operator (Metropolis Parking) by check, credit card, or cash. A 2.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.
Operator is not responsible for theft or damage to individuals or vehicles (including force majeure) in the Parking Facility. No bailment is created.
Parker will not be entitled to any credits or refunds of the seasonal fee due to vacation, absences, or any other non-use of parking within the Parking Facility.
Parker agrees to adhere to any and all regulations (including signage) pertaining to the use of the Parking Facility as may be adopted from time to time.
Parker may not park any vehicle in such a way as to obstruct other vehicles, block traffic lanes or parking spaces, or violate any laws or regulations or promote or advertise a good or service as its principal purpose.

Passes are valid up to 3 hours before game start time and after game end time.
