We’re making some changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Here’s a summary of the key changes:

Terms of Service

We’re reorganizing our Terms of Service to make them easier to understand. The revised Terms of Service outline each of the ways we communicate with you and update the rules for using our services. We’re also accounting for the release of our new mobile application. The updated terms also include revised payment terms, more detail about how we use any content you provide to us, and updates to our arbitration agreement and policies for handling user disputes.

Privacy Policy

We’re updating the Privacy Policy to make it easier to read and better describe the types of data we collect, how we collect that data, how we use it, and with whom we share it. The updated Privacy Policy accounts for new offerings and more clearly describes the role that information plays in helping us maintain a trustworthy, safe, and reliable service. It also accounts for privacy rights you may have under applicable law.

Please take a look at the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These changes will go into effect on January 9, 2023 unless you agree to them before then. By continuing to use our services on or after January 9, 2023, you acknowledge and agree to our updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
